How do I get FREE SHIPPING?

If you spend over $85 on your order, you will receive FREE SHIPPING.

 

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

I'm not with a fundraising organization. Can I still purchase your products?

We only sell our products through fundraising organizations. However, we can direct you to the local distributor in your area, and they will let you know if there is a fundraiser near you.

 

I registered on the online fundraising website, but did not receive an email.

Any number of things could have happened. Such as, you may have registered with an incorrect email address. You can login to your account and check your registration information and your email address by going to: FundShoppe.com. Click on "Login", then enter the Username and password that you created.  Check that your email address is correct. If it is not correct, change it or replace it with a different email address for another email account you own. Then click "Submit". A new email will be sent to the email address you just updated in the form.

If you still didn't receive an email, then it's possible the email from the server was placed in your SPAM folder. Check your SPAM folder and see if it's there. If it is, make sure that any future emails from "no-reply@FundShoppe.com" are marked as OK. It's much more likely you will then receive your email.

 

Where do I find my Student ID?

Your Student ID is the 7-digit number printed on the TOP LEFT corner of your order form.

 

How can my organization run a fundraiser?

Please visit the Contact Us page and fill out your information. Someone will contact you within 24 hours.

 

Once I register my student, how do I get my friends and family to shop of FundShoppe.com?

When you register for an account on FundShoppe.com with your Student ID and School Code, you will be sent an email with a link that you can share with your friends and family. This link can also be shared on Facebook and Twitter. Once you register, you can also give out your student code to anyone that wants to shop online.

Can we order the same products from the brochure online?

Depending on the fundraiser your organization is running, the items may be slightly different from the brochure than what you see online. The main difference is the food items in the brochure are frozen and will be delivered to the school if you choose Ship to School.  All the food items online are dry mixes (non-frozen) and are safe to be delivered right to your home.

How can I see how many people have purchased products online for my student?

To see how many orders your student/child has received online, you must click on “Student Login” at the top right hand corner of the website. There you will login with your User Name and password.  From here you can select the student and their Sales to view their online activity. 

I put the wrong information for my student when I registered him/her and I need to change it. How do I update this information?

You can edit this information under the Student Login portion of the website. If you go to the top right hand corner of the homepage, you will see a link that says "Student Login". Please click on this link, enter your username and password you used during registration and you will be able to edit the information. If you cannot remember your password, please call us at 864-236-7238 and we can reset your password for you, but we do not have access to your password you used to set up the account.

I don’t see where I can pick the magazines I want and where I want them sent?

Visit www.magselect.com to see a complete list of available magazines.  You would be ordering the voucher online and when you receive it, you can pick what magazines you would like and who you want them to go to.

How long does it take to receive my subscription?

Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for your subscription to begin. Some publishers preprint their magazine address labels up to two months in advance.

Returns/Refund Policy

If you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace the item.  Please contact customer service at 864-236-7238 to speak with someone to assist you.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 2 weeks of the order date.  If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks, please contact customer service.
